The quick-access laptop sleeve is a lifesaver at airport security.
Wheeled this bag all over Europe and it did great! It fit enough for a week's worth of clothes and toiletries. I loved the roomy and structured inside and being able to turn it into a backpack for stairs was perfect. It passed all the many European bag sizers which was my biggest fear. Nice looking bag too!

This bag is awesome. Love the capability to use it as a backpack, as well as a roller fits beautifully in overhead compartment of airplanes. The bag is gorgeous well constructed, thinking of purchasing another one for my travel companion.
This is my new favorite bag! The extra liters of space allow me to use just one bag. In addition it is great for historic European travel because you can carry it like a backpack up those narrow stairs and the skate quality wheels zoom over those cobbles!
My first one had issues with one of the wheels not spinning well. Emailed BagSmart and they sent another one and told me to keep the first one. Traveled with it and it checked all the boxes for functionality, build quality and price. I am impressed. I attached a cable ring to it and used a cable TSA lock to secure all the compartments and checked it in. No issues. Wheels rolled fine for this one. Would love to see replaceable skate wheels on these so we can swap to wife's skate wheels for more ZOOOOOM! Happy w service and product. Their packing cubes and backpacks worked great as well. I could have been mistaken for a paid influencer as I was decked out w their gear. Lots of compliments from fellow travelers and friends/family. Rome next in 2 weeks.
Out of the box it looks and feels well made. The roller handle works well and the backpack straps are accessible.
