  1. We typically send packages out within 1-3 business days.

  2. Deliveries are made only on business days, from Monday to Friday.

  3. Please Note: Due to the uncertain situation of COVID-19 and the inclement weather, the delivery of your package may be delayed. You'll receive an email notification when your order ships.

  4. Your tracking number and the express company name will be sent in e-mail immediately after we ship the order out. You can also track it on Track Order.

  5. Prices for products and services available on our website include all taxes. The prices are indicated in pound(£).

  6. If your package is not able to be delivered, it will automatically be returned to us. Email us at ukservice@bagsmart.com to figure out your options for re-delivery!

  7. You cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out. In this case, please send us a return request when you receive the parcel.

  8. For orders that are returned due to incorrect or missing address information, shipping fees are non-refundable. We are happy to re-ship the order to you, however, additional shipping charges will apply to re-ship the items to the correct address.
