The bag is great with lots of pockets and looks really cool. I dropped one star as I have two of these bags, one was bought on the USA site and one on the UK site. The one from the USA site was around 30-40 pounds cheaper even with postage. When I went back to buy another one, the USA site decided not to include the UK as a country they deliver to. I did contact customer services and nobody could give me a reason why I couldn’t purchase my second one from the USA. Also, I bought the UK one with a 15% off code. The following week they decided to add a 25% code. In conclusion the bag is fine but the customer service isn’t.
