The bag holds a lot but if you fill it even partially it is incredibly uncomfortable to carry as a tote bag and the shoulder strap is completely useless since it connects diagonally from front to back instead of side to side. I spent way too much money on a bag I carried for two days after it arrived and switching back to an old 2-in-1 tote backpack that is smaller but way more comfortable because it is much more balanced and holds nearly as much. Now I am stuck with a bag that is hanging on the back of a door. I spent a lot of time researching bags before buying. Waste of time and money. Very disappointed.
Received a cheap metal battery operated safe. Spent almost 90.00 and trying to get customer service is like pulling teeth. Super upset and disappointed.
I like the idea of the bag. The quality is great, and it looks beautiful, but it is very bulky and simultaneously has no structure. The shoulder strap is kind of awkward, and I couldn't get it in a comfortable position.
