Absolutely love the bag for University and shopping. The webbing straps for the shoulder straps are uneven, but not enough to be bothersome, as the bag is very well made. Easy to carry a lot of stuff without it feeling too heavy, especially with the back padding. An optional chest strap would make this bag an 11/10 to take off the slight discomfort of carrying heavier stuff for more time, but that's a non-issue :) Super duper happy with my new bag.
